Before architecting solutions in my current role, I built the practice that did it at Schneider Electric. As Lead Subject Matter Expert from 2016 to 2022, I owned the full lifecycle model for how Schneider sold and delivered its ADMS and DERMS platforms. This is what proves the practice-builder pattern is repeatable — I had already done it once at scale before doing it three different ways at my current firm.
Most senior consultants own one or two of these stages. The pattern is: own the whole thing, end-to-end, so the design decisions in stage one survive intact through stage five.

Particularly around DERMS hybrid deployments — the APS ADMS v3.5 + DERMS v3.7 architecture was a first-of-its-kind for Schneider's grid management portfolio — and the wildfire mitigation operational capability built into ADMS for PG&E.
